When the hotel chose to join the Lexington Collection by Vantage, I was given the unique opportunity to create and implement our new brand image from the ground up. This included choosing the typeface, brand color palette, setting the tone for text copy, logo usage, imagery guidelines and redesigning every piece of collateral and signage.

As the head of Marketing for Bordeaux (Wine. Food. Spirits.) I perform the list of duties shown above as well as menu design, holiday promotions, table tents, and other restaurant-specific marketing. Promotion of F&B offerings at festivals and dining events in the Greater Lansing area.

Performed the duties listed above, in addition to working community events such as the annual GLFB Empty Plate Dinner. These endeavors aided in fundraising while also promoting the restaurant to potential customers.

Duties included:• Booking small meetings, securing payments, generating and distributing Banquet Event Orders.• Assisting the Director of Sales & Catering and Sales Managers in preparation and execution of various social events, corporate meetings and conventions.• Responding to inquiries for meeting space availability, food and beverage pricing and other event related questions. • Keeping banquet department and kitchen staff up-to-date with information regarding scheduled and pop-up meetings. • Performing administrative duties including, but not limited to: typing correspondence, generating booking agreements, distributing banquet event orders, greeting clients, taking inquiries, filing, operation and maintenance of office equipment.
