- Check and resolve any operational & technical issues at site to ensure smooth implementation of the project.- Liaising with client and related authorities for the sites arrangement and issues related to sites.- Handling and monitoring documentation for the site operating (Permit, Approval Letter & etc.)- Liaising with Landlord and Building Management for operating approval and work permit matters.- Coordinate and liaise with internal for site arrangement.- To follow up and ensure technicians are carrying on time to proven.- To monitor receive, check and incoming or outgoing materials or work according to procedures and policies.- Prepare forecast, schedule & time frame to meet the target & datelines.- Monitor and ensure site operation achieve the timeline.- To monitor, analyze and follow up the site operation and update or report to management and clients.- Prepare and handle quotation, forecast, planning and update.- Positive attitude, self-initiative & motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.- Travel to outstation / overseas when assigned.
