I’ve worked in The Customer Service industry for over 20 years. My experience is wide ranged, and includes but not limited to; retail management in Museum, Family Resort, and department store Settings. I’ve been lucky enough to gain my experience at a few amazing places during my career; The National WWII Museum, Margaritaville Resort, Burlington Coat Factory. Between growing up in The New Orleans area and now living on the Coast of Mississippi, I’ve learned I really enjoy working with locals and tourists alike.
