Managed two departments (12 FTEs) working with clients and senior management to improve interdepartmental processes, enhance patient accounting operations and improve patient access functions while maintaining a stable and predictable cash flow to ensure the success of the organization.Supervised and directed the daily workflow of support staff. I and my team are responsible for tasks required to ensure the systematic and timely resolution of client accounts and AR. There are over 40 data (batch and real time) feeds and interfaces my team maintains and processes for our clients. Within these interfaces are a series of responsibilities including daily QA and reconciliation, policy and procedure creation and maintenance, client interaction based on any irregularities, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels based on volume. During my tenure as account maintenance manager I have been able to increase productivity and reduce expense by implementing automation and greater ownership and accountability.

I lead and managed the successful implementation of over 10 different client interfaces and integrations across multiple HIS platforms. This included on-site client meetings to understand, scope, and deliver desired results while working within the boundaries of budgets and challenges inherent to a particular project. This role also included actively participating in hiring, developing, and reviewing employees and their performance. In addition, I developed and monitored work guidance and performance measures to meet goals for delivery of service and Assisted and advised staff members in resolving problems and issues that arose. Lastly, in this role I reported to senior management on team accomplishments, achievements and productivity.
