• Functional lead for multiple workstreams in Workday implementation, including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, and Compensation.• Responsible for the hiring, performance management, professional development and overall management of the domestic HR administrative team.• Partners with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure onboarding processes are operating optimally to deliver an excellent new hire experience for candidates and hiring teams.• Assures the effective use of recruiting and human resources systems in order to meet Recruiting and human resource information needs.• Provides analysis of onboarding metrics and drives continuous improvement efforts around tools and processes.• Responsible for the timely resolution of escalated issues, making recommendations for process improvement.• Manages the monthly HR Auditing process.• Main point of contact for audit deliverables, including SOC2 and GECSP Clean desk audits• Assures accurate payroll close auditing• Oversees the delivery of support to employees and third parties upon request concerning payroll, deductions, vacation, employment verification and other inquiries• Assure compliance with client specific HR requirements (Ex- background checks specifics beyond AllianceOne standard, PUB-1075, Client specific communications, etc.)• Reviews and makes recommendations regarding prospective client RFP’s• Assures that employee files are maintained in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly audits for all HR requirements, such as backgrounds, employment eligibility, new hire paperwork, and acknowledgments of company policies • Review and approve corrective actions for Attendance, Compliance, Code of Conduct, Performance, and Security.• Process employee position changes in company’s HRIS system including terminations, promotions, demotions, and pay changes.• Implement tracking system for new hire requirements to ensure compliance with i9, Background Checks, and Drug Testing• Perform audits for payroll accuracy and handle all payroll discrepancies such as missing hours, lost checks, and bonus discrepancies.• Coordinate with recruiting, training, activations, and payroll teams to ensure all new hires have required documents and systems.• Process I9 verifications and use E-Verify to establish employment eligibility. • Electronically update employee files and issue electronic communications to all employees• Develop reports and audits for HR Generalist and HR Director, provide audit items, and sit in on audit interviews regarding Human Resources policies and procedures.• Monitor the HR email and answer employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and other general inquiries.
