Managed a team of diverse engineers through the engineering design process ofthe Sonic Bloom Payload for the solid fuel rocket Project Prometheus. Thispayload was designed to deploy at apogee and launch seeds in order to facilitateenvironmental restorationAs a lead, I learned how to manage a group of people, communicate both laterallyand to overhead management, work through the engineering design process,properly file paperwork, deliver progress reports, undergo design review, anddeliver a product.Prior to becoming a lead, I worked on the Pollution Gradient payload as a teammember, where I learned how to work collaboratively on a project with multiplesubsystems, and I personally created the code that collected and interpreted thepollution data that the payload collected.

As an Engineering Ambassador, I offer prospective, admitted, and transfer students more information on the Marlan and Rosemary Bourns College of Engineering, and all nine majors within.Worked as lead of the Funds Team, networked with local businesses to strengthenrelationships and further our outreach in the community.
