Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all subscriber and carrier accounts and associated data such as billing and payment processing, carrier contract verifications within legal specifications, and monthly balancing of circulation revenue across three publications in the region. Compiling and filing reports for both the company and outside entities, taking inside and outside customer calls and addressing any issues that arise from such contacts in the office. .

Spent two years during tenure at BH Media/World Media Enterprise (formerly Media General) corporate offices in Mechanicsville, VA as a data coordinator on a deadline intensive team responsible for data entry and management for all newspapers and their respective databases under the BH Media umbrella.

Internal and external customer service via phone, email, and in person interaction. Maintained subscriber accounts, day end processes, postal interfaces, payments, and all incoming data. Also assisted in copy editing for the obituary and lifestyles news desk.
