• Work with ISR Manager on training programs and tools for Inside Sales Representatives• Create a checklist and conduct training for new hires• Update materials on internal training SharePoint site• Coordinate training schedule for new hires• Evaluate employees and provide training as needed• Train on Outlook, Windows 7, AS400, SharePoint, MWIVET.com• Monthly training on new products, continuing education on computer programs,customer service, territory management.• Communicate ideas with purchasers/programmers to update AS400 to improveaccuracy and speed of order entry for ISR’s• Travel for training for acquisitions and quarterly training for call centers with no trainer• Assist with customer service and queue calls• Assist ISR manager
