• Oversee and lead a Team that manages and supports our vendors• Maximize revenue, gross profit contribution, and business terms for manufacturer portfolio• Lead win-win relationships with our Vendor Partners• Partner with the Sales Team and our Vendor Partners to provide product support, training, and selling tools• Partner with Purchasing Teams and our Vendor Partners to optimize product availability and minimize write-offs• Partner with Operations team to improve productivity for the value chain• Build and develop a high performing team to deliver on expectations and goals• Drive and lead cross-functional projects to help Tessco grow and improve

• Build successful Supplier Partner relationships with collaborative strategic go to market planning and objectives• Understand assigned Supplier Partners’ customer programs and deal registration process to optimize program pricing• Develop and manage the entire product offering for assigned Supplier Partner portfolio including product selection, product presentation, pricing, product rationalization and product availability• Drive growth of the assigned Supplier Partner portfolio to achieve Annual Operating Plan budget goals which may include contract and/or business term negotiation.• Own communication and execution of the collaborative go to market strategy and value proposition to internal partners including Sales, Purchasing, and Marketing Services• Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, targeted customer campaigns and internal sales tools that differentiates the Supplier Partner’s offer in the market and support the selling process

-Develop and maintain existing portfolio of Utility accounts through key decision maker relationship management. -Effectively communicate and share info with customers on new technologies in mobile, fixed & wireless communications as well as industry trends in each segment.-Demonstrate technical knowledge of industry-specific applications and identify solutions that fit customer needs in order to generate repeat business.-Maintain well developed strategic accounts plans for existing and prospect customers to further business relationship and increase account penetration opportunities.
