• Organize, attend and manage trade show participation and bi-annual seminars ASG.• Oversee both technical and creative marketing efforts for the sales department.• Handle customer service related jobs, such as collection calls, reprinting invoices, statements, answer questions about customer accounts, etc. • Create proposals, Sales Agreements, License Agreements for the sales department. • Training materials – creating, printing and binding• Arrange travel accommodations for employees and customers• Assist with administrative tasks for the sales department, as well as the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments.• Purchasing and receiving for multiple departments within ASG. Work with 200+ customers and 150+ vendors on order placement/receiving.
