Current Responsible for ensuring patient care is delivered safely, effectively and efficiently, Daily activities are directly determined by the needs of the physician, patients and as outlined by the Care Team. Serve as a designated Care Team Coordinator Responsible for accurate documentation of patient information according to license Assist providers with procedures, data collection, autoclaving of instruments, keeping patient room’s sanitary, safe operation of medical equipment. Document medication orders, and handles prescriptions/prescription refills as directed by physician. Performs EKG’s and may perform other tests: Lab collection, Holter Monitors, nerve conduction or PFT. Must maintain top level of confidentiality and be flexible as schedule may change Consistently works to top of license responsibilities. Demonstrates all qualities associated with providing an exemplary patient experience for all patients.
