Closeout invoice/work orders, return all phone calls each morning received from after hours emails, schedule customers in a timely manner, answer phone calls throughout the day, provide quotes for all types of customer glass repairs (Auto and Flat Glass), Order shop supplies/vehicle parts, Set up insurance claims via three way conference call with insurance companies, Use of Microsoft Outlook to enter all email customers information to send out for feedback, Placing orders for various types of auto glass based on the vehicles many different features, Collecting past due payments from costumers as well as deposits for future glass orders, billing invoices to company account holders, make daily bank deposits, ensure that all warranty orders are taken care of and handled properly, enter all information/measurements that the technician provides for all estimates into Mainstreet Software System for each customer quote
