The most important job of the financial leader is the financial manager. I lead and manage financial staff to support organizational financial goals, such as:-Provide financial information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information; preparing reports. Ensure accuracy in accounting entries and subsidiary accounts payables/receivables invoices processing; maintaining records and documentation for general ledger system. Review financial transactions; balance accounts and prepare year end financial statements for executive management review meetings and Board of Directors.Signature Achievements: ✦ Instrumental through the merger process of Quality Deer Management Association and National Deer Alliance, which was accomplished in less than one year and during the COVID-19 pandemic.✦ Established a staff review and compensation program using national benchmarks for all positions including development job descriptions for staff members within the organization.✦ Restructured grassroots-level fundraising program by eliminating unnecessary and cumbersome warehousing costs and practices and streamlined deployment of the program through a combination of cost-cutting measures and improvement is efficiency.✦Transitioned staff from an in-person operations to a 100% remote operations within 60 days.
