• Reviewed, revised and negotiated various contracts for 70 service locations nationwide, including subcontract agreements, janitorial and lease agreements, and preventative maintenance/service agreements with.
• Used various databases such as Westlaw to research case law and state statutes.
• Researched and established statutory contract language for multi-state agreements for new product and service lines.
• Created and maintained employee Non-Solicitation and Non-Compete Agreements, providing ligation support when necessary.
• Assisted corporate and branch personnel in various capacities including negotiating local litigation issues and claim settlements.
