Loan Officer Assistant who communicates and guides clients in the home buying process. I assist at the point after the home loan application, through the document review and collection, to the pre-approval stage, to loan offer and ultimately help our customers refinance or purchase their new home.

Primarily responsible to manage the tellers within my location to ensure prompt and efficient transaction processing and to generate quality sales from the teller interactions to the bankers. Manage a staff of 10-12 tellers as well as bankers while Manager is out of office. I establish a sales referral and service goal for each team member through training, developing skills and coaching. Staff salary administration and rewards, scheduling staff efficiently to maximize resources and achieve service and sales goals. Daily structure set within compliance for audit and operational regulations and guidelines. Multi-task repsonsibilties between needs of customers, my own staff as well as my own responsibilities. I communicate effectively in writing using proper grammar and spelling and/or conveying thoughts and ideas in clear and concise manner. Communicate policies, sales, behaviours etc to all team members in a manner that they understand whats in it for them. Speak confidently with a clear tone while using common conversational courtesies. Work a schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays with the ability to work and maintain schedule as needed for store, such as working more than 40 hours per week when required.
