Monthly ACH bank drafts and daily uploads of payments for customer payments. Oversaw daily and monthly procedures to ensure customers and their accounts were handled in a professional manner and accurately. Training of employees and keeping them up to date with new updates to our customized billing system thru MasterLinx. Payroll for 10 employee's weekly using ADP. Daily transaction accountability and deposits month end closing and reports. AP/AR, office supply monitoring and purchasing. All AR/AP and General Ledger done thru MasterLinx cutomized accounting software.
