Essential Functions:• Assisting technicians with product information• Locating and ordering specialty items• Preparing and submitting estimates to prospective customers• Maintaining appropriate inventory levels• Consistently monitoring P&L Statements• Managing warehouse staff to guarantee customer satisfaction• Maintaining security and safety throughout the warehouse and facility• Receiving and Processing new or existing products• Organizing Sales floor to appeal to customers• Communications with customers on up and coming projects to guarantee product stock and availability • Daily outside sales visits and deliveries• Processing paperwork in a timely manner to insure quick payment

Essential Functions: Examine perspective applicant information to determine eligibility of employment Explanation of company policies, procedures, and benefits to employees or job applicants Schedule Medical examinations and Drug and Alcohol testing for perspective employees New Mexico Reporting, E-Verifying, and Previous Employment Verification Submit, Obtain, and distribute required work permits Maintain employee DOT and Medical files Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions Administrate HR database Comply with FMCSA, Forensic, and Corporate Drug and Alcohol requirements Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and classifications Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as credit bureaus and finance companies Arrange for in-house and external training activities Workers Compensation and Property and Casualty Claims Management Communications with Insurance adjusters Schedule and book accommodations for all employee business travel Travel to outside terminals to provide training on HR Policies, Procedures, Benefits, and Database configuration

 Communicate with Senior management to effectively priorities, organize and launch jobs Issue required materials to allocated and specified job Administrate company database Track production of all ordered units Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants Inventory accountability Assist management in inventory control and managing variances to watch P&L
