Perform monthly reconciliation of SAP's parallel ledger activity, MCL and Interfirm log tracking and clearing.Liaise with individual offices on reconciliation issues resolutions.Run SAP reports, reconcile data in Excel between multiple ledgers, identify data discrepancies and investigate root causes of data inconsistencies.Summarize findings to the supervising manager in a concise and easy to follow manner.Provide suggestions on improving efficiencies of the reconciliation process.

Billing and Finance Support Centre; Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess expense claims, vendor invoices and other payment requisitions in the Accounts Payable system. This includes preparing journal entries, processing necessary adjustments, checking and requesting budget authorization, and responding to vendor queries as and when required.Maintain and update vendor details, instructions and requirements.Allocate client payments to relevant invoices in the Elite Legal Billing system.Assist in pre-billing work for the local office, including loading of time and cost entries for inclusion in client invoices.Prepare and generate reports as requested by the local office, Team Leader or Supervisor.Responsible for their own portfolio of work to upload and monitor status of uploaded invoices.Assist in coordination with local office and BFSC Billing Coordinators on the invoices uploaded to the E-Billing websites. Monitor the same for approvals and rejections.Send regular updates to offices regarding status of invoices uploaded to e-billing sites.Creation of a log/record to list the common reasons for invoice rejections. Based on the statistics gathered, assist the E-Billing Specialist in preparing an appropriate action plan to lessen the instances of invoice rejections.
