As a seasoned IT professional, my focus is on the delivery of high-quality results for Planet's customers. I specialize in a variety of technical areas including: Power Apps and Power Automate solution design and execution, collaboration strategies using Microsoft 365 (M365) products, SharePoint and Teams migrations, information architecture and taxonomy, information governance, records management, and content modernization. I am passionate about bridging the gap between technology and people. I enjoy transferring knowledge and empowering others through planning, mentoring, developing detailed roadmaps, translating complex technical information into easy-to-understand documentation, and delivering results through careful project tracking and delivery methodologies. Having led several large and multi-faceted customer engagements, I understand the importance of communication and partnership with all levels of customer organizations to foster effective technical transformation and adoption.

In this role, I specialized in configuring SharePoint 2007 including workflow creation in SharePoint Designer 2007, branding customization, taxonomy, power-user training, and social media strategies. I became certified in SharePoint Configuration for MOSS and WSS, and gained a solid base of real-world experience maximizing the ROI of SharePoint 2007, with a specific focus on intranet governance and communications. I executed communication strategies using various electronic media including SharePoint 2007, video production, Flash, Director, Web 2.0, and graphic design.

In this role, I was responsible for day-to-day user-centric maintenance and improvements for a corporate intranet based on the SharePoint 2007 (MOSS) platform, along with other online-based communications projects. Major projects included the corporate newsletter, graphic design support, corporate HTML intranet, and the corporate SharePoint portal (branding, workflows, training, usage techniques, social media).
