1.Join in the design: Check the PCB layout, provide the evaluations on the components option; 2. Join in the production: Work with factory teams closely to design/implement the manufacturing process or methods within own area expertise, support manufacturing department to handle complex engineering issues, Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions, Provide statistical analysis on production efficiency, equipment performance. Drive process optimization to improve manufaturing KPIs;3. Provide the SOP for the factory, do the training for them;4. Lead new board assembly process / technology / equipment evaluation and deployments in the factory, creat equipment operation/maintenance instruction and procedure;5. Focus on global net work meeting and share information with global team/other sites, ensuring process/projects achieve cost, schedule, budget, reliability, and regulatory/safety goals.
