- Review calendar/upcoming meetings, gather pre-work, and conducts analysis to prep Top Store Leaders for meetings. - Prepare and edit complex documents and presentations that are representative of Leader's style, H-E-B culture and appropriate for the situation.- Arrange travel, coordinate events, and schedules meetings as directed.

- Responsible for the total operation of the Drug Store and General Merchandise Departments including customer and partner relations, merchandising, and financial performance. - Manage department workflow ensuring in-stock conditions, ware-room inventory control and schedules team to meet the needs of the business while attaining 100% completion of Standard Operating Procedures.- Responsible for planning, ordering, and communicating seasonal changeovers to Corporate Merchandising and Marketing plan to the store team. - Develop and train current and future department leads, including the rotation of future leaders in the School of Retail Management and School of Retail Leadership programs.- Maintain positive vendor relationships.- Ability to work in stressful situations.

- Oversee payroll for a team of 300+ partners to ensure accurate time keeping and determine actions needed to resolve. - Process new hire paperwork and partner profile changes in Peoplesoft.- Provides Partners with information about benefits, H-E-B policies and procedures, and job postings.- Coordinates and tracks store hiring needs, store interviews, processes new hires and schedules training, and schedules store orientations.- Coordinates meetings, training sessions and special events.

- Supervise front end activity to expedite fast, friendly throughput while providing excellent customer service.- Provide ongoing positive and constructive feedback to partners by writing and administering performance appraisals. - Coach, train, and develop current and future Partners.
