Adaptable and diverse in various management fields. The most recent being aviation management. My strength is focusing on building confidence of those who report to me. In the same sense I value constructive criticism from those whom I report to. Aviation allowed for both of those statements to be fulfilled. In aviation you are taught to think quickly because the operation is ever changing. This helped me strengthen my time management and conflict resolution skills. While in the aviation field, I had the pleasure of helping develop a new hire program while testing out different processes which helped smooth along probationary flight attendants. This particular achievement taught me the value of fostering advice from multiple departments and management levels. Coming full circle, my previous jobs in management prepared me for my ultimate love of business. Being detailed orientated and organized played a huge role in my success as a property manage and office manager. Being able to speak with tenants and vendors with care and compassion allowed me to find resolutions quickly without compromising the companies integrity. Everything that accompanies good business is what I strive to display in any job opportunity.
