Lead program manager for a portfolio of strategic process, systems, and change management initiatives focused on improving LinkedIn’s Order to Cash (OTC) processes. Worked with cross-functional business partners (spanning Sales, Finance, Customer Operations, and Product/Engineering functions) to prioritize, plan, and drive initiatives that improved the efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience associated with LinkedIn’s OTC processes.

Work closely with the leads of Product, UED & Business Development to drive a set of weekly, quarterly and annual responsibilities. These range from coordinating daily product reviews, driving weekly staff meetings, prepping all-hands materials, coordinating the quarterly OKR process, supporting annual planning and organizing large group offsite events.

2011 - 2012 - – Director, Program Management for the Social Media Horizontal. Drove a variety of programs around infusing personalization into the Yahoo! Experience for a global audience across multiple devices such as smartphone, tablet, and desktop. Coordinated a series of working sessions over 3-4 months with senior architects to evaluate existing end-to-end Y! Media architecture, make proposals for enhancements, and begin implementation of changes.2009 - 2011 - Responsible for go-to-market program management to migrate all existing display Advertisers to Yahoo!’s next generation display advertising platform, APT. Program encompassed three main components: migration of ad inventory, migration of advertisers, and migration of supply (Yahoo! properties). Activities included working with business stakeholders across the company (Sales, Ad Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) to gather requirements, assess status and readiness, and ensure execution. 2009 & 2010 were focused on US Migration. 2011 focused on Int'l migration with a pilot conducted for the German market.2007 – 2009 – Managed program management team (6 folks at peak) focused on a variety of programs for the combined search and display salesforce; a sampling of projects include Smarts Ads, YCRM - Yahoo’s! Implementation of Siebel for the Sales organization, coordination with Sales Ops Finance to help streamline reporting.2005-2007 – Managed Technical Account Management team and Sales Engineering team for the Submit line of products (Search Submit Pro, Travel Submit & Product Submit) which generated ~ $150M annually at the time; small portion of time dedicated to run small program management group which managed a series of project for the search Sales organization including but not limited to: development of a Sales Newsletter, Search Brand Study, Go To Yahoo! & Search, and rollout of a Microsites program.
