I am currently the AVP of Program Development for the Payor Initiatives team at HCA Physician Services Group. I provide strategic and tactical leadership for the interpretation, development, and operationalization of government and commercial value-based payor programs for the ambulatory healthcare space. I joined this team as a Sr. Business Analyst in 2016 where I served as a SME and support resource for over 4000 providers before transitioning to the Manager and then Director of Program Development for our team of subject matter experts for the interpretation and management of all regulations pertaining to ambulatory government programs. Previously, as an EMR Implementation Analyst for HCA, I delivered workflow analysis, design, build, end-user training, and on-site support for the implementation of electronic medical record technology. As a Training Developer for Parallon, I developed educational strategies and content for training programs, both instructor-led and web-based.I graduated from Marquette University Law School, where I emphasized coursework in International Law, Art Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Sports Law. I also received the Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute. I studied International Sports Law and International Art Law in London, England and served as a member of the Marquette Sports Law Review. I received my Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas A&M University. I also studied Photography and Architecture in the United Kingdom.
