I work with the buyers for two of our large OEMs. I enter their orders, communicate etas and tracking information, ensure product is completed and shipped on time, field any questions asked, manage new product releases for my customers and work on any other projects that come across my desk. I do my best to make sure the customer has the product they need to be successful, meaning orders often need to be pulled in for urgent upsides. I manage the product hub for one customer, making sure the inventory levels and data are consistently accurate. For both accounts I maintain spreadsheets to summarize product shipped, open orders, new triggers / pulls, forecast changes, etc. I love things being perfect and organized :)

Processed and filed city clearances. Fielded inquiries regarding status of emergency orders, city clearances and meter sets. Coordinated with dispatch and technical service to arrange new customer meter sets. Cross trained in dispatch and technical service.
