Principal Attorney
Current- Provide business law counsel and business consulting for small businesses from document preparation and contract review to commercial closings and business succession.- Overseer of the initial set up for start-up businesses and ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations including employment and labor laws. - Initiate entity formation through the preparation of legal documents, filing of documents with the state and the IRS, and business organization.- Prepare and review real estate documents, draft commercial real estate lease agreements, conduct residential and commercial closings, preform title examinations, issue title opinions and title insurance, resolve landlord/tenant law issues. - Provide services in estate planning and asset protection including guardianships, conservatorships, last will and testaments, powers of attorney and entity formation. - Facilitate winning civil litigation strategies in various civil matters. - Represent clients at the state and federal courts, including administrative courts.- Provide pro-bono services to individuals through non-profit community organizations.
