 Manage all aspects of day-to-day, week-to-week Change/Release Mgt. activities/deployments within a hybrid, recent migrated enterprise suite of Applications/Platforms and Infrastructure components within the Cetera Financial Group of Broker Dealers. Manage change life-cycle within ServiceNow, the ITSM tool used to request change from QA thru to Production. I lead requirement definition sessions and play key role to map Change Requirements during Scrum for the implementation of ServiceNow platform from inception thru to Production.o Expert understanding of software development and infrastructure project lifecycles. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegateo Deploy App code changes to Windows Web/Batch serverso Manage QA/UAT/PROD environment changes between Database, Active Batch, ETL/Informatica requesting teams and deployment resource teams to govern Change/Release Requirements and ensure proposed changes remain in scope for mitigating Risk to Productiono Develop weekly CAB/Release meeting reports, facilitate weekly CAB virtual meetings for review of proposed change to Productiono Discuss all concerns of Risk/Impact due to Infrastructure change or lack coordination within app team deployment.o Ensure accurate KPI metrics are available and distributed to management on a weekly/monthly/yearly basisProduction Support (NOC)o Conduct analysis and triage all incoming P1/P2 Incidents reported to Production Support(NOC) by way of our 24/7 support line, email, and calls to ServiceDesk, and captured and managed within ServiceNow for all applications/platforms/infrastructure components at CFG. ServiceNow issues can range from: Access  Design Configuration Functionality Training Data Vendor Mgmt. Active Batch Lockbox VM Host  Reboot of Physical/Virtual Server Memory Dump / Cached Log analysis
