I have had the opportunity to work as a Marketing Manager for a Papa Murphy's franchise this past year. This position has taught me how to target a current customer base while enticing new customers. Working at Papa Murphy's has shown me how to work with individuals from many different departments in a cohesive matter. My attention to detail, quick thinking, and creativity have helped me to thrive in this career. As I have maintained a full-time career, I have additionally worked to graduate from Washington State University with my marketing degree. While this has challenged my time management and organizational skills, it has pushed me to strengthen these skill sets. I have grasped at chances to improve my communication and to be mentored by individuals that are more knowledgeable in their career field.
