As a Diversity & Inclusion intern, I reviewed and proposed direction on diversity award application submissions based on ROI associated with each opportunity, including respectability of organization, value derivation to the IBM brand image, and uniqueness or overlap of existing recognition. I was responsible for establishing strategy and framework for prioritization of IBM D&I award application and participation of over 20 US awards including Working Mother and DiversityInc.
