Partners with companies on a project basis to complete a variety of services/duties.Provides company wide full cycle recruitment support.Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader to determine position specifications. Create, post, and maintain job descriptions in applicant tracking systems. Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process.Conduct initial applicant phone screenings, schedule additional phone screenings and/or virtual/in person interviews for hiring managers. Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities. Assist with new hire onboarding and data entry in human resources information systems. Conduct new hire orientations for W-9 contractors and W-2 employees.

Assists the HR Director with day to day functions for the department as well as special projects as assignedPrimary point of contact for HR department Primarily responsible for company-wide recruiting Prepare recruitment advertising & postings that utilizes the latest recruitment marketing conceptsWorks with Mid-managers, Directors, and Executives to determine staffing needs & interview scheduling Screen and select candidate resumes for considerationManage candidate relationships with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships and pipelinesProvides research to help establish pay practices and pay bands that help recruit and retain superior staff Manages the pre-employment processes to include background checks, reference checks, and offer processCompletes and ensures accurate data entry of all employee information into ADP HRIS system Maintained I-9s and use of E-Verify system Prepares employee orientation packages and conducts orientation meetings Benefits administrator; Established and maintain relationship with insurance broker Responsible for compiling benefits information, coordinating and conducting open enrollment meetingsConducts employee exit interviews in person or over the phonePerformance/ Employee Training and DevelopmentAssign online training courses covering HIPPA and sexual harassment for all new hires Partner with hiring managers to determine new hire expectations and training schedule Administer a performance management tool that requires managers to meet with employees regularly to discuss performance goals for annual performance reviews.Assist HR Director with the development and implementation of employee handbooks and HR policiesResponsible for the preparation and coordination of employee file audits Ensure compliance with US employment laws; remained current on changes and advise accordingly Responsible for all new hire employee relation issues
