With over 16 years of HR experience, April finds purpose and passion in her role as a strategic partner for business success. In her current position as Director of People at Infusion for Heath, April is always looking for innovative ways to inspire employees, particularly through the design and leadership of employee experience and culture initiatives. April started her career in Human Resources at Target, first working in the stores and eventually supporting HR teams for 8 stores regionally. She then moved into larger roles at King’s Hawaiian and Harbor Distributing, honing her HR Business Partner skills and strategic focus. April then gained global experience in her next role leading the employee experience team at HydraFacial. These varied roles across diverse industries have given April a unique perspective as an HR professional. Currently, April oversees the entire employee lifecycle, from talent development to performance management and retention. She also leads organizational development, learning and development, and employee engagement programs that align with the company's vision, values, and goals.
