As a Sr. Business Development Director at Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (CNI), I am responsible for contributing to the strategic growth and diversification of the company's portfolio of federal contracts and customers. I have 6 years of experience in business development, capture management, and proposal development for CNI, a tribally-owned holding company that provides a wide range of services and solutions to the federal government.My core competencies include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing and executing capture plans and strategies, and taking an active part in the pricing and proposal development process. I hold a doctorate in Organizational Leadership allowing me to apply best practices and theories to enhance organizational performance and culture.
