As a mind, and soul, wellness guide I use the philosophy of yoga and the practice of meditation to help others find balance in their lives. By mastering myself and finding my balance I learned how I can be of more service to others.After years of experiencing anxiety and depression I took my power back by paying more attention to what I was putting in my mind, how I was taking care of my body, and what was affecting my soul. Now I teach others to do the same.Through the practice of meditation, pranayama, yoga, and eating foods that help us to thrive we can live life fully restored. It will feel like living life for the very first time. I'd love to connect with you and see how we can help each other grow and maintain mind, body, and soul wellness.Namaste
