Hired as a full-time lead teacher instructing in basic skills required for kindergarten preparation along with lessons in Spanish, and American Sign Language. Presently also in charge of implementing Alumni Association, and a blog for the Childcare. Key Contributions:Provide daily quality classroom teaching, lesson plans and instructional materials used in teaching diverse subjects (e.g., language arts, math, science, social studies and history).Develop innovative approaches that are held as the model standard for meeting the daycare goals in areas including technology integration, literacy, and diversity.Teach general education students and individuals with learning challenges within a mainstreamed, inclusive classroom.Consistently commended for ability to redirect students exhibiting behavior problems by replacing disruptive, unproductive patterns with positive behaviors
