As the full time lead teacher in the kindergarten program, I was responsible for instruction in all academic areas, including music and art lessons. My specialty at Primrose was differentiating the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of kindergarten learners, some who were significantly about grade level and some who were planning on repeating kindergarten the next year because of their ages. I also helped to align the Primrose curriculum with the new Common Core Standards.

As Director of Education, I was responsible for the creation, implementation and monitoring of all enrolled students' academic programs. I wrote program for students from first grade through high school, and also taught SAT preparation classes. In addition to managing student programs, I hired, trained and managed all tutoring staff in the Center.
