Join Shanghai Disney is a choice of grand new experience in my career path. Everyday I can feel something touching, something special, and something magical. especially on the grand opening day witnessed the very first guest running through the gate, the unique moment and memory always encourage me to try something harder as I know our guests could feel my effort.Before join SHDR, 7 years in consulting firm, focus on management solution. In that 7 years, I grow up from intern to manager, accumulate a solution oriented and logical mindset, learnt How to build and lead an excellent team, all experieclnces in those days, helps a lot in work at SHDR.In consulting, I enjoy leading a team to build and present a most reasonable, advanced solution for clients; now in SHDR, more than working on specific analysis affairs, I have chance to think of bigger view and lead team working with strategic goal, the whole process of strategy planning and carry out, feeling the output is also encouraging.Everyday, I feel grateful for what I experinced and experincing, even all these challenges :)
