    At Guaranty, I began working as one of two administrative assistants in the Corporate Underwriting department. My primary focus was on building the department intranet page. I also implemented queue management programs and filled many accounting functions, including billing cost centers for underwriting work and allocating charges for online underwriting tools. Finally, I planned a great deal of events as part of this role; including a monthly employee recognition luncheon, annual company party, and a very successful annual fundraising effort for a local non-profit.
