Supervise the team of college transition coordinators and lead them in establishing and maintaining a rigorous schedule of recruiting and outreach events in business and industry, and the campus of each assigned high school for students, guidance counselors, and parents with the goal of converting applicants into accepted students.Establish a schedule of events and tours on our 5 campuses and at various community, business, and industry venues in response to individual and group requests; host and attend requests to visit and make presentations to market the College to perspective students, community constituents, and other special interest groups. On campus events include Open Houses, Fall Festival, Enrollment Nights, Accepted Student Day, etc.Work collaboratively with all enrollment services departments—dual enrollment, admissions, advising, and early alert to ensure streamlined services for prospects, suspects, applicants, and students; work with the Director of Admissions to develop tracking measures for performance metrics and outcomes of outreach and communication with prospects.Work collaboratively with marketing and other College departments to develop, implement, and continually coordinate and improve recruiting associated materials (catalogs, brochures, information request cards, etc.). Must ensure that all SCC campuses, local high schools and career centers and other community organizations and facilities are continually supplied with college informational materials.Serve as budget manager for respective departmental budgets, including ordering merchandise to support events on and off campus and maintaining an inventory of items available.
