As a passionate and driven finance professional, I have been building a solid foundation in the industry through both education and hands-on experience. I graduated from the YearUp program, where I received intensive training in business communications, project management, and investment operations. This led to a five-month internship at J.P. Morgan on the client onboarding team, where I played a key role in streamlining onboarding processes and identifying errors that could have cost the company millions of dollars.Currently, I am a Financial Management major at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), taking courses in economics, business, and finance. My academic journey has been complemented by my involvement in the Year Up Alumni Association, where I serve as a key leader, fostering a strong and supportive community for fellow alumni.I am also preparing to take the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam in August 2024, further demonstrating my commitment to advancing my knowledge and qualifications in the finance industry. My learning journey includes a focus on risk and compliance, areas that I am eager to delve into further as I advance in my career. I continue to apply myself diligently, always striving for excellence and seeking opportunities for professional growth. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in the finance industry, particularly in roles related to risk management and compliance.Iβm excited to connect with professionals in the finance industry and explore opportunities where I can contribute my skills and enthusiasm for growth.
