• Partner with related Software Engineering teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery using an Agile and Waterfall hybrid approach.• Review upcoming projects and estimate level of testing effort.• Collaborate with a diverse global team to support systems and applications generating $2.2B in annual revenue.• Support test planning and test execution for multiple applications supporting 6 systems with 2,200 users and 600,000 annual orders.• Attend chartering sessions, review user stories and create detailed test cases in order to provide integrated test support for all packaged products. • Execute software test cases to identify software defects and their root cause.• Document and track test cases and software defects using JIRA and Zephyr testing plugin.• Ensure no less than 100% progression cases executed two weeks prior to release implementation and no less than 90% progression cases passed one week prior to release implementation.• Support production deployments by performing connectivity, sanity, and regression testing to ensure successful release implementation. • Visit centers to establish relationships with business clients and collaborate to enhance user understanding and identify areas for improvement.• Maintain accurate metrics reporting by ensuring accuracy of information in JIRA.• Complete 40 hours of annual training to pursue employee growth and development.
