I'm April Nowakowski, a lifelong learner. Outside of work, you can find me most often with my nose in a book at a local coffee shop, zooming down one of Colorado's ski mountains, or training for my next endurance race alongside my local community team.As a senior manager at Credera, I specialize in program and project leadership. The programs that excite me most are those that require transforming "messy" moments into organized plans. I also have experience in organizational design, process improvement, and marketing technology (MarTech) product implementations. My most memorable projects I've led have required me to provide clarity amidst complexity to give executive leaders confidence in their upcoming, critical milestones. Outside of client delivery, I have the privilege of co-leading our team of project, program, and product development leaders at Credera.
