As a shift manager I was entrusted with keys to the ice cream castle. This experience was not glamorous but it taught me a lot about the working world and helped me develop an excellent work ethic.

Straight out of University I joined the Rethink Team as a Creative Associate Intern. I relocated to the West Coast and quickly adapted to the structure of office life. During my time as a Creative Associate, I gained experience working alongside seasoned professionals in the creative department- layout drawings, animatic creation and character design are just a few of the skills I was called upon to demonstrate.

This school-sponsored internship taught me a lot about living and working abroad. I worked alongside a small group of like-minded students to deliver a theoretical design package for an under-utilized space in the City of Dreams Casino & Resort in Macau. Though our time there was constrained, I learned a lot about what it takes to work with a design client and adapt to a completely foreign work environment.
