Perform both back office (accounting, payments, inventory control) and front office (customer service) responsibilities. In addition to requiring excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, this position requires interacting with diverse groups of bereaved family members in an empathic and sensitive manner. Back Office Responsibilities• Process Accounts Payable transactions to include matching up invoices to statements, coding transactions to the correct General Ledger, and scanning invoices into the system for payment• Maintain processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures including Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) administration and audit• Receive and process payments and contracts• Create weekly reports• Perform data entry and scanning• Order and maintain office suppliesFront Office Responsibilities• Complete headstone orders for families, including design, ordering/receiving, and issuing work orders for placement at gravesite• Respond to internal and external inquiries via telephone, internet and in person• Greet and offer assistance and guidance to family members and friends • Communicate client family’s needs promptly and accurately to appropriate staff members

Work weekends/evenings during NHL season while employed full-time at Raleigh Memorial Park to supplement income.• Provide customer service, process payments and beginning/ending inventory• Train volunteer groups in POS system operation
