I am responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling employees. I analyze sales and payroll budgets, and make changes to the schedule to fit store needs. I oversee weekly orders for plant material, bagged goods, hardlines and store supplies. I set a daily task list for the store and ensure those tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

Greater Atlanta Area

I mainly closed the store and ensure that it was cleaned and organized to open the next day. I was given tasks to complete by higher management. I delegated those tasks to associates and worked alongside them to ensure they were completed correctly. I was responsible for ordering plant material within a reasonable timeline for scheduled installations.

I worked at multiple stores with different management teams to learn their approach to running a store and its individual departments. I took weekly courses with members from corporate to learn about HR protocols, inventory control, different personality types and how to manage them, and how to analyze financial information.

I teach running form to improve efficiency while reducing chance of injury. The class also involves strength training, stretching, nutrition and overall run health for runners.

I analyze foot characteristics and biomechanics to ensure people are using the correct type of shoes. I sell shoes, apparel, and gear necessary for a pedestrian active lifestyle. I also help to maintain the social media pages for the store.

My main responsibility was to manage the sales floor to ensure that sales associates were on task while maintaining high quality customer service to our guests. I also carried out new technology initiatives by teaching associates about the devices and programs, and making sure they utilized those during customer interactions.

I administer track workouts to the athletes to help improve their time, strength, endurance, and form.

I helped with medical paperwork and maintained online records. I assisted with preparing patients for physical therapy and occupational therapy treatments. I observed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants with their patients.

I attended leadership classes and conferences. I lead groups of students and parents around Clemson University campus and through orientation activities. I assisted with orientation set up and event planning. I assisted with new student and transfer student course registration.
