Responsible for Vendor Management to prepare for Incoming Customer Service Representatives for Health Care Reform, which included training schedules, instate and out of state vendor management, staff projections. Responsible for developing contract support staff. Lead Quality reviewer for all employee responses to email and social media inquiries. Responsible for System Analysis of the Internal Voice Response Application. Responsible for training team that facilitates training classes for all level of employees including vendors. Duties include, payroll, scheduling, professional development and performance evaluations.Experience in project management for multiple corporate implementations, including project planning, analysis and execution.
