Managed all financial aspects to include servicing debt, negotiating acquisition of equipment, buildings and financing. Including day to day payables and long term acquisitions. Originate and foster relationships with suppliers to provide for discounts to increase profits. Oversee and develop an office staff of accounting and administration assistance to handle the corporate growth.

Manage all aspects of accounting. Report directly to the CFO. Develop an accounting temporary and permanent placement division to include testing and pricing.

Managed all aspects of the legal practice, financial, operational, and staffing. Grew the firm from three attorneys to twelve, while developing an accounting system allowing for partners to report all revenues and expenses within an "eat what you kill" system, while negotiating expansion and build-out to accommodate the growth.

Bookkeeping and Accounting Service. Grew the business to 35 clients and then sold it when I was offered a great position.

Junior High / Senior High and Young Adult Programming and Education. This included budgeting and development of leadership teams both youth and adult. Work with and support the youth choir and their director. Oversee Sunday School for these age brackets. Provide for Parenting and Sexuality Seminars each year as well as summer Mission Projects. Prepare for and lead at least two retreats for each age group each year and work with the Presbytery to facilitate summer camps for multiple churches.Teamed up with a Christian rock band. We provided rehearsal space in exchange for their services on Sunday Evenings, allowing us to revamp our Sunday Evening, youth program, and develop adult programming. We gathered for dinner, followed by worship, allowing me to preach each week, and then breaking into our age-appropriate groups for youth bible study, games, and planning. We grew to over 140 participants each night. Expanded our mission projects to include a stateside Junior high 4-day event each year, expanded the High School Program to cross the border and serve for a week outside the US, and developed a Young Adult 10 day Mission Project.Recruited Volleyball coaches and all three groups participated in league play within the Presbytery and outside of the church in city leagues, allowing us to mission in the field.Developed a church wide program "knitting lives together" creating an intergenerational event, where we would have the older women join the youth and teach knitting. With these skills we would have the church membership knit squares. The High School Youth would stitch the squares together into blankets. The older women would join our week night sewing event and they would crochet edges on them. We then worked with CASS (Central Arizona Shelter Services) to distribute them to families so they had blankets for themselves and their children as they moved from the shelter into independent living arrangements.

Direct all financial/operational processes for Arizona and report to Corporate. Managed a staff of 7 and served the sales department as required.

I preached and led worship once each quarter and for the month of Dean's vacation each year. I was in charge of overseeing and budgeting for the children and adult education including social programming as well as the Youth processes. Junior & Senior High Youth Pastor - Design programming and activities for weekly United Methodist Youth Fellowship. Discern, recruit, train and team build youth group leadership (adults), discern and recruit youth leadership (youth). Schedule and plan for annal events: Planning retreat, Disneyland trip, Youth Days at Annual Conference, Junior High Convention, summer service project and Dean at least one District summer camp per year. Developed an after school, themed, program called LOGOS, in which students from 1st grade through High school gathered after school and through the evening on Wednesday. We arranged for transportation of 1-6th graders from the local schools (Junior High and High School were across the street). We had adults to provide snacks, greet, hug and hear about their day before they headed into homework time utilizing both adults and other students as tutors as needed. We provided activities (physical, art, music, choir practice etc) for those without homework. We served dinner, held a youth worship service and then broke into groups for bible study and games. Developed programming for adults including leading studies in Practical Christianity, 3D's (Diet Discipline and Discipleship), Active Parenting and more. We began a program that grew to include over 75% of the congregation called dinner for Eight. We were able to provide inclusion and commitment to those who didn't previously feel that they were a part of the congregation before. Trained on UMC Sexuality education requirements. I was blessed that the congregation supported me in my travels throughout the Desert Southwest Annual conference preaching and leading these programs for families outside our congregation.
