Also, exceeded budget projections for 2022 for membership dues by 5%. • For YTD 2022, tripled advertising income by providing new offerings and increased event sponsorship by 9%.• Increased open rate of emails from 21% to 35% in 2021 through a variety of creative marketing techniques.• Increased all non dues revenue by 16% in 2021.• Developed a 4-part Diversity, Equity and Inclusion webinar series focused on access to healthcare, gender discrimination in the workplace, medical student recruitment practices.• Launched a new physician wellness program in 2021
