*Freightliner/Western Star heavy duty truck manufacturing production plant overseeing 25 direct reports.*IATF 16949; 2016 Lead Auditor - TL, QM, AUTO, AU.*Maintain ISO/IATF documentation and follow ISO 9001, 14001, 50001/IATF 16949 requirements.*Escalate Supplier issues to Supplier Management and Supplier Quality when needed.*Review Supplier issues and request Corrective Actions and Root cause(s) by using Six Sigma and 8D methodologies.*Perform CMM measurements and torque audits per ISO documented specifications.*Establish vendor relationships and oversee the scheduling of onsite repairs including part ordering. *Perform audits by utilizing audit schedules, reviewing processes, audit checklists, and documenting audit results.*Review manpower and assigned tasks daily to subordinates; Ensure personnel are cross trained in critical jobs.*Liaise with the customer and other management to ensure the QMS is compliant with all requirements.*Review Lab Requests to stay abreast of floor issues utilizing SAP; E.g. Overturn or enforce rejections for disposition.

*Provide machine inspections to help customers obtain full, uninterrupted service from their equipment.*Minimizing downtime by ensuring required maintenance per machine is performed on schedule.*Procure detailed reports on overall machine appearance, maintenance needs, safety devices, and control stations including engine, pumps, hydraulic, cooling, and exhaust systems.*Order, install and assemble required components as needed.*Performance management planning and scheduling to fulfill daily requirements of production areas.*Utilize problem solving techniques across shifts to improve each area's efficiency.*Monitor production floor for OSHA safety violations; correct and advise as needed.

*Work with Crew Chief to prepare #66 NASCAR Cup and #40 Xfinity cars for each race weekend.*Utilize practice/qualifying data to make necessary car adjustments to prepare for upcoming race.*Responsible for changing rear tires on the NASCAR #66 Cup series car and #40 Xfinity car during races.*Work closely with teammates to provide post-race support and loading/unloading of all equipment.*Promote and support goals aimed at increasing productivity and profitability in production.*Monitor inventory stock and order parts as necessary.*Interviewing and screening candidates to fill vacant positions. *Responsible for on-boarding and processing all hiring related paperwork.*Build, repair, and dyno racing shock absorbers.*Use dyno sheets to adjust compression and rebound ratios for race-day performance.

*Oversee employee operations/hours/schedules/payroll.*Inventory pharmacy and surgery suite stock and order supplies as necessary.*Update and maintain all ISO documentation compliance throughout the company.*Utilize specialized training to obtain stem cells from adipose tissue and prepare it for injection.*Assist lead Veterinarians in surgery procedures, client visits, and emergency situations.
