I loved this work, but I quickly found that most of my clients didn’t have a strong foundation for their business.They lacked the systems needed to continually bring in new clients, to set and achieve goals, and to serve their own clients at the highest level.I knew I was the right person to help them, so I began to build a support team and I set out to gain the proper knowledge and training to help my clients at a higher level.My main role at EntreLeverage is to provide strategic support to my clients, support and manage my team, and spread the word about how we can help others. I also take on the role of my client’s Online Business Manager, their invisible partner, and their biggest cheerleader. I help coaches, agencies, and consultants create (and sustain) a business that they can actually step away from without losing money and one that allows them to stay in their zone of genius while leaving the rest of the work to my team.I’m also a certified Business Performance Coach, a certified Teamwork PM Expert, and a featured entrepreneur & expert in the college textbook “The Virtual Entrepreneur” which is taught in many colleges.
