The Largest American-Owned Security Officer Services CompanyRecruiter, Human Resource and Office Coordinator• Responsible for all of the recruitment for a new AlliedBarton branch• Responsible for managing the office• Human Resource Coordinator Lead Recruiter for VP of Operations• Deploy a variety of recruiting methods and strategies to source new applicants• Develop and post job descriptions• Screen applicants, including resume review and pre hire requirements• Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met • Worked with Employee Relations Manager regarding hiring needs and staffing strategies• Consult with hiring managers in identifying and recommending selected candidates for hireRecruiter Assistant• Answer incoming calls and assist incoming applicants and guests• Coordinate training dates for new employees• Perform background checks on perspective new hires• Assist with operations, training and administrative functions as needed
