Created the Holistic Student Supports strategy to promote institutional responsibility for student well-being, and refined the Guided Pathways strategy to center racial equity in institutional and system change efforts. Led the California College Student Emergency Support Fund, and served on Foundation’s presidential advisory council and DEI committee.

Oversaw learning and measurement, communications, and state-level partnership development for California’s public K12 education college and career planning platform.

Led the Postsecondary Success pilot and developed the community college strategy within theBetter Careers initiative, making and managing over $45M in education-related grants. Developed and oversaw 2 multi-year communities of practices (Bridging the Gap, uCANRise) supported by developmental evaluations and technical assistance partners. Served on cross-foundation team that designed and facilitated statewide Community Listening Sessions.

Designed and conducted case studies to investigate community college students’ enrollment decisions and labor market expectations in California's Central Valley.

Designed and executed ethnographic study investigating social class differences in undergraduate major selection, academic engagement, and career aspirations. Secured $25,000+ in grants to support research. Published a solo-authored article in top higher education journal.Contributed to research projects investigating the relationship between International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme enrollment and college-related outcomes, the role of schools in middle class families' decisions about where to live, and multiracial college students' experiences.

Managed nationally recognized retention program serving 185 students and supervised 8 academic advisors and support staff during program’s pilot year. Advised caseload of students and collaborated with faculty to monitor students’ academic progress and promote associate degree completion.

Advised 400+ students of color at selective colleges and universities in MA, NY, and PA on academic, financial, and socio-emotional matters. Facilitated college readiness retreats for high school graduates, financial aid workshops for parents, and professional skills workshops for summer internship participants.
